It's a 582. I'm hoping the car will run mid/upper 8's at 3350 lbs all motor.

You will go in the 8's i run in the 8's with a 540 in 3563lbs.
The last 1/4 mile pass when i junked my converter i went 9.01 with a bad trans and broke verter so ya you are in the 8's

I have to say it will go faster if you get rid of that carb  O:) IMO

I'm  going 8.70's with a 970Hp 540 @ 3018 lbs.You'll be somewheres  in the 8's NO PROB!! BTW Mark70 nova is a dealer for Star products!!
